Description
WTW is hiring a Facility Analytics Lead within its Corporate Risk & Broking segment to support exposure aggregation and limit monitoring for key facilities, including Gemini. The role involves delivering automated reporting and analytics, partnering with technology teams, and leading a small team of property exposure specialists. Responsibilities include managing exposure data processes and ensuring aggregation and limit monitoring across product lines during quoting, binding, and post-bind stages.
The position offers hybrid working, with regular office attendance for meetings and workshops, plus occasional travel to engage with business and technology stakeholders.
The Role:
- Lead small team of Facility Analytics specialists including exposure and catastrophe modelling experts.
- Manage and oversee India data capture processes
- Partner with technology teams to automate data capture and exposure reporting processes (including catastrophe modelling).
- Produce monthly reports for internal colleagues and carrier consortium members.
- Monitor the portfolio and aggregate limits. Discuss exposure and cat modelling results with consortium members.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and improve data quality on an ongoing basis
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
Essential:
- Solid experience in exposure, aggregation and catastrophe modelling roles.
- Proficiency in operational reporting and status tracking
- Prior experience working with aggregation software (e.g. SequelImpact)
- Prior experience working with catastrophe modelling software (RMS RiskModeler)
- Understanding of Upstream Energy exposure.
- Prior experience of managing people and operational processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to solve problems creatively and rapidly, both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working remotely or in face-to-face meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Data Science / Computer Science)
- Principle understanding of underwriting / bind processes.
- Strong Excel and MS PowerBI and reporting skills
- Basic or conceptual understanding of spatial / geographic data
- Understanding of Microsoft SQL and data LakeHouse technologies (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks)

Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in insurance or insurance broking, or the ability to quickly adapt to a new, unfamiliar environment.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Data Science / Computer Science)
