Investment Solutions Analyst#

As an Investment Solutions Analyst, you will be working with the US Growth Team. You will be responsible for supporting the development of custom solutions for clients, providing investment analysis, helping to produce proposals and related materials, and assisting in various other capacities with the primary goal of supporting our new business development and product development efforts.

The Role

• Using your expanding knowledge of the retirement plan landscape to assist the Growth Team to support the US Investments business. 
• Support the creation of customized client solutions to meet their unique needs. 
• Perform analysis and create sales materials for proposals. 
• Manage multiple assignments in a collaborative manner. 
• Commitment to customize and deliver a “best in class” service to internal stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
• Support team members in the construction and delivery of presentations. 
• Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with professional excellence requirements. 
• Build strong relationships internally and externally and collaborate effectively. 

• 2-5 years of experience in financial services environment. 
• Understanding financial markets and institutional investing. 
• High attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate, high quality work. 
• BS or BA from accredited university, progress toward CFA or MBA a plus. 
• Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, is essential to effectively collaborate with the Growth team and global stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel.
• Prior experience in investment industry, actuarial background or pension plans is a plus.
