Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to play a key role in delivering impactful talent development initiatives for approximately 1,000 Investment professionals across North America, Europe, and International regions.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, fast-paced global team where ideas, collaboration, and innovation thrive. You’ll be at the centre of it all—bringing people, plans, and programmes together to create seamless and meaningful learning experiences.
At the heart of delivery for the global Investments L&D team, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, staying highly organised, and driving projects forward with energy and precision. As an L&D Coordinator, you’ll ensure programmes are delivered smoothly, stakeholders stay connected, and every initiative is executed with care and momentum.
The Role:
- Coordinating the end‑to‑end delivery of global talent development programmes, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and deadlines across project streams.
- Working in close partnership with colleagues across regions and time zones, building strong working relationships and ensuring activity is aligned and delivered consistently against plan.
- Acting as a central point of connection within the global L&D team—bringing clarity, structure, and follow‑through to shared priorities.
- Managing relationships with facilitators, coaches, and external partners to support engaging, high‑quality learning experiences.
- Leading the coordination of the global mentoring programme, including matching, progress tracking, and maintaining momentum and engagement.
- Reviewing feedback and learning data to spot themes, suggest improvements, and continuously enhance the learner experience.
- Supporting budgets, learning technology, and communications to improve efficiency, visibility, and colleague engagement.
The L&D Coordinator role offers the platform to apply existing L&D knowledge and experience, whilst giving access to a broad range of global programs and projects to continue ongoing growth and development.

- A collaborative, people‑focused approach.
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with learning platforms or HR systems is helpful but not essential.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent), or motivation to work towards a professional qualification. (desirable)
