As a Sr. Analyst,  you will work side-by-side with some of the industry’s top consultants, and get to interact and learn from industry leaders. These experiences will help build your consulting experience, technical knowledge and overall industry expertise in the business area you join.

You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments across organization and people advisory projects to shape organization functions, work, rewards and career programs of leading organizations to drive higher performance and ensure the right return on their investment in people.

The Role 
 

  • Partner and collaborate with Senior Consultants / Directors to craft and implement cutting-edge solutions across strategic organization and people programs, such as people strategy, organization design, strategic workforce planning, total rewards strategy, career / job architecture frameworks and job levelling
  • Support delivery of multiple projects / assignments, with oversight from senior consultants and working together with other teams to ensure client satisfaction with deliverables
  • Perform benchmarking and market research across industries and organizations, integrating findings into data-driven insights that inform project outcomes and recommendations
  • Collaborate with senior team members to gather business inputs, document requirements, and identify key issues, contributing ideas and analysis to develop practical, evidence-based solutions
  • Participate in internal initiatives and knowledge development to continuously build your consulting skills, technical expertise, and understanding of organizational and people issues
  • Embrace the flexible hybrid work setting, balancing remote and office work to suit your productivity and lifestyle


 

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Min. 1–2 years of experience, or fresh graduates with undergraduate or master’s degrees
  • Diverse backgrounds, experiences, and strengths that foster diversity of thought
  • Strong business and commercial awareness
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, with a track record of academic excellence
  • Actively involved in co-curricular activities
  • For fresh graduates: previous internship experience(s) is a must
  • Curious, analytical, and passionate about solving complex people and organization challenge
  • Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Eager to learn from experienced consultants and contribute fresh ideas to real client projects
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful insights.
  • Are an effective communicator—both written and verbal—with the confidence to share ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team, showing initiative while collaborating effectively across diverse project teams.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability for producing high-quality work.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in topics such as organization design, workforce strategy, rewards, and people transformation.
  • Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, R, or Python would be an advantage.
