The Opportunity

From day one, you will be assigned your own responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.

What will you do?

Project Management and Digital Transformation 

  • Lead the operational and strategic implementation of initiatives within the individual health insurance scope.
  • Oversee the deployment of the new pre‑sales platform.
  • Contribute to the rollout of new digital journeys for customers and distributors.
  • Support the launch of new products and services.
  • Coordinate the delivery and monitoring of APIs between the administration system and partner platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines, risk management, dependency tracking, and deliverable quality.
  • Supervise testing phases (UAT), from planning to defect resolution and production rollout.

 Product and Offering Contribution

  • Contribute to the evolution of standard group products (companies with fewer than 100 employees).
  • Proactively propose enhancements to offerings, journeys, and tools.
  • Identify and escalate field needs raised by sales and operational teams.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of WTW’s administration offering, including topics such as beneficiary designation and new administrative services.

 Stakeholder Management and Coordination 

  • Engage and support a commercial community around offerings and tools.
  • Maintain regular coordination with partner insurers.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business teams, IT, operations, and external partners.
  • Support project communication and user adoption of new processes and solutions.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills who is keen to join a large and dynamic organisation.

  • Client-oriented, Customer relationship skills
  • Experience in cross‑functional project management (ideally in insurance, healthcare, or services)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • Relational, writing skills and ability to lead or animate groups
  • Rigor and respect for rules, procedures and deadlines
  • Teamwork, Organization and Autonomy
  • French proficiency minimum B2 expected C1
  • Knowledge of health insurance or administration environments would be an asset.
