The Opportunity
Customer relationship management and digitized handling of multi-channel customer contacts for health insurance flows.
From day one, you will be assigned your own responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.
What will you do?
- Provide status updates on cases related to employee benefits coverage, including daily allowance and disability benefit files.
- Review and verify case files to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Respond to client enquiries and provide clear information regarding the progress of their cases.
- Identify complex enquiries and escalate them to the appropriate case managers for further handling.
- Support the processing of claims related to incapacity for work and disability by ensuring accurate information is communicated and properly documented.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills who is keen to join a large and dynamic organisation.
- Knowledge of benefit compensation rules within French employee benefits schemes and the French Social Security system, particularly in relation to incapacity and disability.
- Demonstrates empathy and attentiveness, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to escalate sensitive cases or client situations appropriately.
- Fluent in French (minimum C1 level required; C2 preferred).
- Strong client-focused mindset with well-developed customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
- High level of accuracy and professionalism, with strict adherence to rules, procedures and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
