Our Central Team works with colleagues around the world to bring our Global Service Delivery plans to life in our Manila Global Delivery Center. We implement initiatives and facilitate processes to align with WTW delivery centers worldwide. We’re home to teams including Administrative Services, Communications, Continuous Improvement, Excellence, Data Protection, Risk & Compliance, Transitions, and Strategy and Solutions. On our six-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience our Strategies and Solutions work – you’ll help us deliver it.

Qualifications

Responsibilities: 

Joining us for six months, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will:

  • Gain experience in calendar management, vendor coordination, tracking activities, feedback gathering, assist in logistics and invoicing
  • Assist with local delivery of General Delivery Center-wide projects
  • Get involved in process improvement initiatives
  • Enhance your project management skills and knowledge 
  • Connect with stakeholders for Learning & Development support
  • Create reports and templates, and facilitate communication tasks
  • Learn every day, through a full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

Requirements: 

To transform your tomorrow with a WTW internship, you’ll need to be:

  • In your penultimate or final year of university
  • Studying for a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) 
  • A strong communicator with excellent organizational and work-planning skills
  • Able to create mailers, draft reports and create presentations
  • A quick learner with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • A natural team player.

While not essential, proficiency in visual presentation and knowledge of Power Apps would also be advantageous.

Workstyles:

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
