What is an Employee Experience Intern?
As an Employee Experience intern, you will help our clients across our EX portfolio – including communications, strategy and change management, behavior change, employee insights (listening/surveys, assessments), employee experience software (Embark) and other digital solutions.
You’ll work beside some of the industry’s top consultants, developing your skills and technical knowledge, while delivering creative, cutting-edge solutions to real business issues. You will have immediate exposure to challenging client assignments that draw on your ability to analyze information and develop conclusions; demonstrate imagination and creativity; and develop and deliver innovative solutions to key talent management, organization design, human capital and other related business challenges.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in both strategic design and tactical implementation are also critical to success in this position. You will learn to connect solutions across EX to help deliver high-impact solutions for our clients’ most complex challenges.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $25 - $28/hr USD. This role is also eligible for over-time.
