P&C Broker- Material Damages

At Willis Towers Watson we offer insurance solutions to large companies. We are looking for a P&C Broker- Material Damages to provide placement services to our Clients or Prospects in all kind of industries, Agriculture, food and forestry, Food; drink; Forestry; wood; pulp and paper, Manufacturing Basic Metal Production, Chemical industries, Mechanical and electrical engineering, Textiles; clothing; leather; footwear Commerce, Financial services; professional services, Hotels; tourism; catering, Media; culture; graphical, Postal and telecommunications services, Infrastructure, construction and related sectors, Education and research,  mainly.

The Role

• Candidate must be connected and familiarized with all Manufacturing Industry sectors.
• Preferably an insurance professional with background in All-Risk-BI products.
• Insurance knowledge to advise clients, improve coverages, identify risk exposures, and focus on increasing the portfolio with stand- alone policies. 
• Must be able to communicate fluently, clearly, and friendly with clients to build long- term business relationships and with WTW colleagues worldwide 
• The candidate must have good English language skills to communicate, issue reports and comply with requests from WTW team.
• Deliver client expansion and sustained growth.
• Improve client retention.
• Drive effective sales and client management (pipeline)
• Support and help evolve the Global Lines of Business
• Embed the delivery of our risk and analytics capabilities into the way we do business
• P&L accountability of the P&C Property LOB budget.
• Ensure revenues are billed and collected from clients in a timely

The Requirements

• Professional Engineer, Business Administration, Accounting degree or equivalent, but not exclusive 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk placement areas in the insurance or reinsurance market
• Experience in the field in the Manufacturing or Financial sectors will be valued.
• English: advanced level
• Competencies: Teamwork, Customer oriented, Problem solving, Planning, Analytical thinking
