    WTW’s Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business provides a powerful combination of advisory services for insurance companies, integrated with leading-edge technology solutions and software, all underpinned by unparalleled analytical capability. 

    To support the ambitious growth plan of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Benelux business, we seek a P&C Director to join our ICT team. In this role, you will pursue addressing needs of our P&C insurance clients, with a specific focus on opportunities for technology use cases. 
     

    The Role

    As a Director at ICT, you will work alongside some of the insurance industry’s top thought leaders on cutting-edge solutions to challenges faced by insurers from the Benelux and across the globe.

    The role is suited to a well-experienced candidate comfortable with managing a range of responsibilities, as set out below: 

    • Work with talented colleagues, our local and international subject matter experts, and our clients, on a broad range of topics. 
    • Drive pre-sales and sales activities of WTW Technology solutions in the market. 
    • Lead technology implementations and consulting projects.
    • Identify and pursue cross- and upselling opportunities.
    • Use your network and have client interactions to bring value to our clients with the best that WTW has to offer with a special focus on technology. 
    • Identify opportunities to create value for our clients and grow the ICT business through innovative thinking.
    • Enjoy bringing the unique combination of technology and consulting services to the market and help our clients achieving their objectives.

    Qualifications

    What are you bringing?

    • P&C insurance expertise (10 year+), in the Dutch or Belgium insurance market. 
    • Extensive expertise in technology and non-life insurance pricing and adjacent technical areas.
    • Ability to drive sales and getting things done. 
    • Collaborative attitude and being great to work with and work for.
    • Client focus and the ability to work with complex client organisations and the ability to deliver complex and multi-stakeholder sales pitches and projects from first idea through to completion and implementation.
    • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and ability to effectively work as part of a team. 
    • University degree in an analytical study.
    • Proven track record in senior client management and/or sales roles.

    Location

    The role will be based out of Amstelveen, primarily serving the Benelux market. This is a client-facing role.
