Summary of Role
We are seeking a Power Platform Architect & Senior Developer who can design and implement enterprise-grade solutions while being hands-on in development. This hybrid role involves architecting scalable solutions, integrating APIs (Application Programming Interface), and building Power Platform applications to automate business processes using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and AI (Artificial Intelligence)-driven capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead solution design and deliver high-quality implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
The Role
Solution Architecture
- Analyze existing business processes and applications to identify automation opportunities.
- Define architecture for Power Platform solutions integrated with Azure services and external APIs (Application Programming Interface).
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and governance.
- Hands-on Development
- Build and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate flows (Cloud & Desktop) and configure Dataverse.
- Develop custom connectors for API (Application Programming Interface) consumption and orchestrate workflows using Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Implement AI (Artificial Intelligence) Builder, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and agentic automation for intelligent solutions.
- Integration & Connectivity
- Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and third-party systems.
- Consume APIs (Application Programming Interface) securely using OAuth 2.0, Azure AD (Azure Active Directory), and manage connections via APIM (API Management).
- Handle API (Application Programming Interface) throttling, retries, pagination, and error management.
Governance & Security
- Apply Power Platform governance, DLP policies (Data Loss Prevention Policies), and role-based access control.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and Microsoft guidelines.
DevOps & ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
- Implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipelines using Azure DevOps/GitHub for Power Platform solutions.
- Manage environments, solution packaging, and deployment strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business and IT (Information Technology) teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on automation strategy, AI (Artificial Intelligence) adoption, and integration best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and promote reusable components.
The Requirement
- Experience:
- 10+ years in enterprise solution architecture and development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Proven ability to integrate APIs (Application Programming Interface) and orchestrate workflows using Azure services.
- Skills:
- Advanced Power Platform development and architecture.
- Expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIM (API Management), Service Bus, and Key Vault.
- Strong knowledge of API (Application Programming Interface) consumption (REST, Graph, webhooks) and secure authentication (OAuth, Azure AD (Active Directory)).
- Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery), DevOps, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) strategies.
- Certifications: PL(Power Platform)-600 preferred; PL(Power Platform)-400, PL(Power Platform)-200, PL-100 are a plus; AZ(Azure)-204 or AZ(Azure)-305 desirable.
