The Business

 

The Market and Client Insights (MCI) team partners with stakeholders across WTW to deliver actionable, decision‑ready intelligence that supports growth, strategy and client engagement, increasingly leveraging AI and automation. Our mission is to provide research and insights regarding markets, clients, prospects, industries and competitors to drive revenue growth through more effective sales, marketing, and innovation. 

 

The Role

  • Execute variety of insight projects, employing different research methods and synthesizing information from multiple sources as needed.

  • Develop comprehensive reports documenting study scope, methodologies, key research findings, and data analysis.

  • Collaborate with the entire MCI team to define, maintain, and execute research projects that align with business goals and objectives.

  • Deliver high-quality output while meeting required timelines.

  • Oversee projects to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

  • Maintain working knowledge of WTW businesses, priorities, and ecosystem; connect MCI services and capabilities to key stakeholders’ business priorities. 

  • Use AIenabled research tools, agents, and automation as part of standard research workflows

  • Apply human judgment to review, validate, and contextualize AI‑generated outputs

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of AI‑augmented research processes

Qualifications

The requirements

  • University degree or student in any stream.

  • Academic record with exposure to Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or Finance preferred.

  • We would value candidates with experience in business research, who have worked in in-house teams, Captive/KPO firms, or third-party research agencies serving multiple clients in the B2B sector. Additionally, knowledge of the Insurance Industry and its dynamics, as well as familiarity with sectors such as Oil and Gas, Construction, Aerospace, Marine, and segments like Talents & Rewards, Human Capital Benefits, and Risk & Broking, would be considered advantages.

  • Advanced English required

  • Experience in a similar role, utilizing a wide range of research tools, techniques, and data sources.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting clear milestones and meeting deadlines. 

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyse and visualise data to deliver compelling stories.

  • Proficient in Excel-based analysis for projects and reports.

  • High level of attention to detail and focus on accuracy.

  • Logical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work within a multi-location team environment.

  • Team player capable of working in the best interests of the firm.

  • Experience working with generative AI and automation tools to improve data analysis and research insights.
