    Description

    Role - 

    As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of market trends, and the ability to research and reach out to potential clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand client needs and help develop customized solutions.

    Responsibilities - 

    Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
    • Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events.
    • Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system.                                                                    
    • Client Relationship Building:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

     Sales Support & Strategy:

    • Support the consulting teams in formulating strategies to close new business.
    • Assist in creating and executing sales campaigns to expand the client base.
    • Participate in client meetings and assist in closing deals.

    Market & Competitor Analysis:

    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Provide insights on competitors’ strategies and potential areas for differentiation.

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.

    Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales pipelines, and progress toward targets.

    Qualifications

    Requirements -  

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role 
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to build relationships and engage with clients effectively.
    • A self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
