    Description

    Responsible for the day to day client service of allocated international clients and to provide support for new and existing business for the relevant Business Area.

    Roles and Activities

    • Provide excellent Service to our clients.
    • Global Programmes management.
    • Local Programmes (stand-alone policies/compulsory covers) placement and management.
    • Ensure effective management of policies throughout their life cycle.
    • New Business Tenders and Exercise
    • Cooperate with WTW Spain internal departments and others WTW office worldwide.
    • General Advice
      • Client Relationship Management:
      • Understand the clients’ business and their risk management needs in order to provide the necessary service to meet their requirements and add additional value.
    • Placement Management:
      • Responsible for the implementation and delivery of agreed placement strategy on a client by client basis including adherence to all relevant processes.
    • Operational and Service Delivery:
      • Deliver the end to end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures and service standards for allocated tasks and activity
    • General:
      • Support all developments necessary to achieve our business strategies
      • Maintain relevant qualifications required for the role

    Qualifications

    Skills: 

    • Over 3 years of experience in Insurance in relative roles.    
    • Intermediate level IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
    • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance in order to deal effectively with client needs
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with new clients and insurers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
    • Excellent client focus with proven experience of delivery of high levels of client service
    • Ability to analyse situations and provide recommendations to identify optimum solutions
    • Strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and willingness to deliver and improve the service provided.
    • Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems that support client service delivery
    • Intermediate level of data analysis and presentation skills
    • Fluent level of English and Spanish, more languages knowledge is a plus
