    Description

    In this role you will achieve growth targets on new new business for Surety line of business in Argentina, collaboratively with the line of business leader and sales team taking advantage of the following opportunities:  

    • Consistent growth of the portfolio for Surety, impacting the results of Latam-South Cluster and the global line of business. 
    • Dedicated business developer resource focused on new-new and cross-sell opportunities with Surety expertise.      
    • Increase our win rate on new accounts.
    • More aggressive approach focused on top targets in a highly competitive local market.

    The Role

    • Technical-Commercial Senior Account Executive responsible for the growth plan and pipeline management for Surety in Argentina.
    • Develop and lead an active and aggressive pipeline through seeking out prospects, calling on potential clients, conducting in depth needs analysis/risk assessments, developing ideas for meeting their needs, presenting information about our capabilities, strategically cross-selling products aligned with clients’ needs and introducing technical specialists, as required, to win and retain the business.
    • Implement and execute the growth strategy for surety in Argentina, as defined between the business line and the geography.
    • Collaborate with the global business leaders in defining and structuring the service proposal for prospect clients.
    • Work with other business lines to identify cross-sell opportunities.
    • Navigate through the WTW network to support and resolve technical inquiries. Escalate to the regional surety leader or cluster leader, when necessary.
    • Be the primary point of contact for closing new surety opportunities in local or international accounts.
    • Actively participate in planning and strategy meetings for sales and client service teams, lead the surety pipeline, and follow up on the new business targets included in the plan using CRM tools - Dynamics and Power BI.
    • Responsible for managing the defined plan for new business, meeting the KPIs and operational margins of the business line.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Fluent on Spanish & English
    • 3 to 5 years of Surety experience in Argentina. International clients exposure (desirable)
    • Proven experience working as business developer or similar role. 
    • Track record of successful pipeline development, delivery of effective sales strategies and well known reputation.
    • Ability to work in a client-centric and influential manner according to tight deadlines.
    • Exceptional negotiation and decision making skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Strong business acumen and Detail-oriented.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistent on hybrid workstyle.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools and Power BI (desirable).
