Head Of Aerospace WTW FAC

The Role

• Play a key part in driving new business acquisition with WTW Retail, Fac and London.
• Assist with renewing the existing aviation accounts of WTW Colombia.
• Work with WTW Colombia and WTW London to strategise the expansion of the aviation portfolio.
• Develop relationships with local cedants to conduct relevant Facultative duties at the highest level.
• Support WTW Colombia with any day-to-day aviation insurance requirements of WTW Colombia.

The Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience doing Aviation placement in Colombia / Regional.
• Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals.
• Strong leadership skills to help and lead the team to achieve the commercial objectives in the various Aviation sectors.
