    Description

    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to drive and support the adoption of the Broking Platform (BP) across North America. This role will partner with key stakeholders, including the Head of Broking, Head of Operations, and various teams, to create and execute a tailored BP adoption roadmap. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing regional governance, establishing clear KPIs, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth issue management processes.

    The position will involve facilitating user feedback sessions, working closely with Brokers to define actionable problem statements, and developing communications to highlight the benefits of the Broking Platform to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong experience in change management, strategy execution, and the ability to collaborate with diverse global teams to drive the successful adoption of the platform.

    Candidates should have a deep understanding of insurance principles, particularly broking, along with excellent negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills. This role will also require a self-starter mentality, attention to detail, and a practical approach to balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.

    The Role

    • To partner with North American stakeholders to actively drive and support adoption of the Broking Platform:
      • Head of Broking and Team
      • Head of Operations and Team
      • Country GLOB / Industry Vertical leaders
      • Broking Platform Users (end-user feedback)
    • To co-create a BP adoption roadmap and corresponding action plans for North America and support delivery
    • To implement and manage effective regional governance for BP adoption, including:
      • Regional / Country / and Team-level targets
      • Dashboards, KPIs and Metrics – agree outcome metrics including completeness / quality of BP data
      • Tracking against agreed adoption plans
      • Robust and transparent issue management processes
      • Robust and transparent new feature and enhancement request process
    • Facilitate user feedback and review sessions with Brokers – focus on defining actionable problem statements and clear requirements
    • To develop and deliver regular regional communication highlighting the benefits of Broking Platform to WTW brokers, carriers and clients through appropriate channels

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • 8+ years of experience in a Financial Services environment
    • Change management experience essential – in particular working with diverse stakeholder groups to structure and solve problems
    • Experience in strategy execution – development of roadmaps, implementation plans and execution management
    • Experience of virtual working with global teams and building strong relationships across silos
    • Demonstrated ability to make connections between business, technology and operations 
    • Experience gained within the insurance industry, preferably active within a broking team/environment
    • Demonstrated knowledge of core insurance principles with focus on broking
    • Demonstrated excellence in negotiation and influencing skills are critical
    • Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and selling skills are a plus
    • Attention to detail and process orientation – ability to think end to end and pragmatically balance the big-picture with the practical 
    • Solid presentation skills – both written and oral
    • Analytical skills – structured problem solving, process mapping, data analysis, KPIs and Metrics
    • Willing to provide “hands-on” support to stakeholders and their teams where required 
    • Self-starter/requiring minimal supervision but will seek guidance when needed

    This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.

    Compensation and Benefits 

    Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.

    Compensation

    The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $150,000 - $190,000 USD per year.

    This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
