Reporting and Insights Analyst (EMEA Shift)

The Role

• Help define/improvise actionable and decision driving management information
• Ensure streamlining, consistency and standardization of MI within the handled domain
• Build and Operate flexible processes/reports that meet changing business needs
• Would be required to prepare the detailed documentation of schemas
• Any other duties commensurate with position or level of responsibility

The Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in insurance companies/insurance sector would be an added advantage
• Develop Responsive Canvas and Model-Driven Apps to improve business processes and user experience
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
• Design, develop, and implement Cloud Flows, Business Process Flows, and Desktop Flows to automate repetitive tasks.
• Integrate Power Automate with various data sources like SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, APIs, and third-party services.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Transform complex business requirements into insightful visualizations.
• Connect, import, and clean data from various sources including SQL databases, Excel, and APIs.
• Optimize automation workflows for performance, error handling, and security
• Good to have knowledge on Excel VBA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create and design MI for the team
• Expected to handle multiple projects, with stringent timelines
• Good inter-personal skills
• Actively influences strategy by creative and unique ideas
• Exposure to documentation activities
