    Description

    As a Senior Client Manager, you will leverage the entire WTW value proposition with a primary focus on growth-oriented activities, working with both existing and new clients. You will craft strategies to quantify, mitigate, and transfer risk by drawing on our specialist industry expertise and unmatched market knowledge. As the primary lead for assigned clients, you will manage the entirety of the WTW relationship, ensuring profitable revenue growth, introducing new solutions to existing clients, acquiring new clients, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

    The Role

    • Serve as a trusted advisor and gateway to WTW for assigned clients and prospects, addressing their unique business needs with solutions that leverage the company's capabilities and industry expertise.
    • Collaborate with specialists, consultants, industry experts, and critical team members across the CRB business and markets in Greece and internationally, as well as WTW’s Group colleagues, to deliver a seamless client experience.
    • Build and influence relationships at multiple levels of the client organization, promoting new and recurring business while managing existing revenue and profit streams.
    • Lead the development and execution of client account plans and strategies to drive profitable revenue growth and create new business opportunities.
    • Engage in relevant industry communities to deliver specialized expertise to clients.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively monitoring and resolving any issues.
    • Partner with business leads to negotiate pricing/fees and ensure that client relationships are both secure and financially sustainable.
    • Actively mentor and develop talent, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching.
    • Serve as a role model within WTW by embodying our values of client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect, and excellence.
    • Identify opportunities for collaboration across the business to enhance account penetration and cross-selling.
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of WTW’s products and services.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements in the processing of contracts

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Extensive client-facing experience with an understanding of corporate and technical client needs.
    • Comfortable working in a growth-focused environment and meeting KPIs.
    • Established network of client relationships and connections with industry influencers.
    • Proven experience in navigating internal resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
    • Skilled in building, maintaining, and managing relationships at the senior levels within client organizations.
    • Capable of influencing key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
    • Successful track record in sales.
    • Adept at diagnosing complex client challenges, understanding the full scope of WTW’s services, and delivering tailored solutions to C-suite executives across multiple disciplines.
    • Experienced in managing multiple projects, ensuring high-quality results are delivered on time and within budget.
