Radhika Shetty’s journey with WTW spans 25 years, shaped by curiosity, continuous learning and a willingness to embrace every new opportunity.
Today, she is part of the Great Britain Claims – Aerospace team in India, where she works as a Manager, contributing to client service delivery and driving operational excellence within Aerospace Claims.

Alongside her core responsibilities, Radhika leads the Route to Competency (RTC) framework for Great Britain Claims, helping structure learning and development across the function. She also serves as the primary point of contact for reporting requirements, playing a key role in strengthening how the team measures and delivers value.

Looking back, Radhika still vividly remembers her first impressions of WTW. She says, “When I walked into the Vikhroli (Mumbai) office, I was struck by the professionalism, the environment and the rigor of the recruitment process. Coming from a smaller setup during my college days, it felt like stepping into a completely different world. When I received the final selection call, it felt like hitting a jackpot.”

“What has kept me here all these years is the opportunity to keep learning and moving forward. I have had the chance to work across different teams, including Healthcare, the Projects team, Placing & Billing and now Claims. Each move brought something new to learn and helped me develop in ways I didn’t expect. That variety has kept my journey engaging and meaningful.”

“One moment stands out in particular from early in my career. I often think back to it as a turning point in building confidence.”

“Within my first year and a half, there was an opportunity to be part of a work transition project in the United States. From a batch of 24, only two of us were shortlisted after internal assessments. It was a proud moment for me as it showed me that performance and potential are recognized, regardless of tenure. My family was incredibly excited, which made it even more special.”

"Over the years, I have always felt encouraged to take on new challenges. WTW has given me the chance to rotate across teams, learn new processes and step into leadership roles. I have benefited from strong mentorship, continuous learning opportunities and the confidence to take on more responsibility. All of this has played a big role in shaping my career.”

“If I had to share a piece of advice for someone starting their journey here, it would be this: stay curious and open to learning. Make the most of the people, the culture and the opportunities around you. Put in the effort and take ownership of your development. When you do that, you will find that there is always room to keep moving forward.”
