Gareth Connolly: A Lifetime of Dedication
Gareth Connolly’s nomination for Actuary of the Year reflects his incredible career spanning over 30 years. Starting as an actuarial graduate at Commercial Union, Gareth joined WTW in 2002 and has since been instrumental in advising trustees and sponsors on pension arrangements.

Gemma Ellis: Passionate About Pensions
Gemma Ellis, nominated for Pensions Actuary of the Year, joined WTW in 2015 and qualified as an actuary in 2019. Starting as an actuarial analyst, Gemma is known for her ability to navigate complex pension challenges, as she provides trustee and corporate advice for schemes of all sizes.
