“We have an area called the Hub, the social setting for people,” shares Cian Butler, Pensions Administrator. “There’s a coffee machine and a social area where people can sit down, enjoy their tea or coffee and build relationships with colleagues across the company.”

“Managing workload and personal life has been really easy. There is a very nice work-life balance,” says Pushpita Jui, Senior Pensions Administrator.

“WTW is perfectly placed as they have an office location that is not right in the city centre but a little bit outside, so it is easier to get to,” Karl explains.

The surrounding campus also supports wellbeing, with green spaces and fitness facilities available to employees.

“There’s green areas to enjoy and there is an outdoor gym as well where you can do your exercise,” adds Cian.
