About the Team
The role sits within Procurement – Supplier & Contract Management (S&CM), a global function responsible for sourcing, supplier relationships, contract lifecycle management and commercial governance across WTW.
The Supplier & Contract Management (S&CM) team partners closely with regional and global Procurement Category Managers across the United Kingdom, United States and Europe to enable effective contract management, renewal governance, savings delivery and risk mitigation.
The team plays a key role in ensuring contracts are well‑managed, compliant and aligned to WTW’s sourcing and commercial strategy while supporting continuous improvement across Procurement processes.
About the Role
The Ariba Contracts Support Analyst is responsible for supporting contract lifecycle and renewal activities using SAP Ariba Contracts Management, with a primary focus on contract renewals, particularly within Information Technology (IT) spend, and exposure to non‑IT categories as required.
The role requires a solid understanding of contract renewal processes, basic contract and legal principles, and the ability to manage multiple contract renewals in a structured and disciplined manner. The successful candidate will also support Procurement Category Managers with sourcing plans, renewal governance, reporting and identification of consolidation or leverage opportunities.
This role involves extensive stakeholder interaction across geographies and requires strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
The principal duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing contracts within SAP Ariba Contracts Management, including contract administration, maintenance and updates.
- Supporting and managing contract renewals, primarily related to IT contracts, with flexibility to support other spend categories as required.
- Negotiating mid to low value vendor contracts and associated commercial terms, with technology procurement experience preferred.
- Supporting Contract Renewal Managers and Procurement Category Managers with renewal planning and execution.
- Ensuring adherence to defined Procurement policies, governance standards and renewal processes.
- Applying a good working knowledge of basic contract and legal terms relevant to Procurement and Contract Management.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for contract consolidation and leveraging existing agreements beyond immediate renewal requirements.
- Partnering with Procurement Category Managers across the United Kingdom, United States, France, Germany, Italy and Spain to support sourcing plans and renewal strategies.
- Producing monthly and ad‑hoc reporting on contract renewals, sourcing activity and key metrics.
- Building strong, positive working relationships with stakeholders and contributing to the overall S&CM and Procurement team strategy.
- Acting with integrity and ensuring that the interests of WTW and its clients are at the center of all business activities.

- Global and regional stakeholders across UK, US and Europe
- Internal Procurement and S&CM teams

Qualifications
Graduate in any Discipline with Language specific skills
Skills and Experience
- Experience working with contract management systems, preferably SAP Ariba Contracts Management.
- Understanding of contract renewal management and Procurement governance processes.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms for mid to low value contracts.
- Strong analytical, tactical negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to follow policies and processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ability to clearly articulate Procurement’s value as a business partner.
- Industry Procurement experience is preferred.
Language Skills
- Proficiency in German, Spanish or Italian is highly desirable.
