What will you do?

From day one, you will be responsible for the provision of technical and administrative services to the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

As a Business Support Analyst, you’ll gain exposure to diverse aspects of our business while working on real client projects. 

• Provide support to account executives; 
• Treatment of documentation; 
• Prepare and update of statistical maps; 
• Develop technical knowledge;

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Eligibility to complete a 6-months IEFP Internship.
• Strong analytical skills and customer orientation, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
