What will you do?

From day one, you will be responsible for the provision of technical and administrative services to the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

As a Business Support Analyst, you’ll gain exposure to diverse aspects of our business while working on real client projects.

Provide support to account executives;
Treatment of documentation;
Prepare and update of statistical maps;
Develop technical knowledge;

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

Degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
Eligibility to complete a 6-months IEFP Internship.
Strong analytical skills and customer orientation, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
Good command of Microsoft Excel.
