The Opportunity
From day one, you will be assigned your own responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.
What will you do?
In addition, you’ll be working on real client projects by performing the following tasks:
- Support of the operational business
- Setting up accounting and financial flows when setting up new contracts, by providing the necessary data (contract input, contributors, commissions, etc.)
- Managing the inventory of the client or product portfolio for which they are responsible
- Handling unallocated funds (identification and allocation
- Creation and booking of fee and honorarium invoices
- Booking and monitoring of insurance policies and premiums
- Coordination of intercompany activities, including payments and invoice collection
- Adjustment of posting differences
- Preparation of invoices, bordereaux, and related documents for policies with broker invoicing
- Correspondence within the team and insurer in German and English
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a highly driven professional with strong interpersonal skills who is motivated to join a large, dynamic organization.
- Experience in client service or operational processes, ideally within an insurance or service-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of processes, data quality and digital workflows, combined with a high level of technical aptitude.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a genuine interest in continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in cross-border or international teams.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organisational skills with a structured and methodical way of working.
- Ability to work in a focused manner while remaining flexible in prioritising workload and requests.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
