Description
This position is responsible for managing multiple compensation survey projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently, be detail orientated, have data analysis experience, computer literacy, a client service orientation and outstanding written communication skills.
The Role
- Manage the compensation survey cycle for multiple surveys from launch to report production while adhering to established milestones
- Participate/lead client marketing webcasts, conduct job matching sessions in person or via webcast to educte clients/prospects on survey methodology and design.
- Conduct internal and client facing survey planning meetings to discuss and agree upon changes to surveys for upcoming year
- Work with clients and internal colleagues to review compensation survey participation materials including checking technology tools and data submission materials for accuracy in order to launch surveys according to milestone date requirements
- Develop and maintain client relationships to promote higher participation/retention/sales rates
- Collect and review survey data on an individual company basis as well as in aggregate for accuracy
- Interact with clients via phone and email on a daily basis regarding position matching and data review questions, data analytics and other services or products
- Train seasonal employees on how to review and check survey data
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards for data analysis and publication
- Using software tools to analyze and generate summary tables for compensation survey reports
- Deliver reports to clients on a timely basis and present results to clients on a 1:1 or group setting in-person or via webinar
- Conduct custom analyses (i.e., special peer groups, custom formatting, market assessments) upon request of internal and external clients
- Some light travel may be required
- Assist other team members with their survey responsibilities when needed
- Be willing to take on additional ad-hoc survey requests, consultant requests or custom survey proposals as required
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of compensation survey experience and knowledge
- The qualified candidate will have some corporate experience (internships, part-time positions or other education and related experience acceptable); Human Resouces background would an asset
- Proven analytical skills, good communication skills, detail orientation, project management skills and PC expertise utilizing a database
- Committed to quality; continuously works to achieve the highest quality standards
- Team player; ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Results-driven; focused on achieving results that promote business success
- Communicator; displays strong oral, written and public speaking skills
- Organized; able to work and think in a methodical and orderly way
- Time management; able to manage workflow in order to meet client demands and milestones
- Be available to travel to survey meetings a few times a year
- Technically oriented; strong computer skills
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $72,250.00-$97,750.00 USD annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
