Description

Policy Documentation & Validation

  • Review all existing insurance policy records within the Risk Management portal.
  • Ensure the latest policy documentation is uploaded, including slips, endorsements, notes and supporting materials.
  • Liaise with broking and co-broking teams to confirm the status of each policy.
  • Validate that all system information accurately reflects the true and current position of each policy.
  • Capture all relevant policy details within the system to ensure completeness and consistency.

New & In-Flight Policies

  • Add clear system notes to indicate where documentation is pending, in progress or subject to change.
  • Maintain visibility of outstanding items to support proactive follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Support improved transparency for internal teams and the client regarding policy status

Progress Tracking & Governance

  • Maintain a simple and effective method of tracking progress across all policies.
  • Provide regular updates on completion status, risks or issues identified.
  • Support audit readiness and internal governance requirements through accurate record-keeping.

Data, Risk & Reporting Support

  • Assist with the ongoing maintenance and quality assurance of risk and policy data systems.
  • Support risk analysis activities by identifying trends, gaps or inconsistencies in data.
  • Produce analytical insights and ad-hoc reports for internal and client use.
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement and maintenance of existing Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of data accuracy.
  • Experience working with structured data systems, portals or document management platforms.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of documentation.
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track progress independently.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify data issues and improvements
  • Committed to delivering a high-quality service to a global client
  • Proactive and solutions focused.

Desirable

  • Experience within insurance, risk management or financial services.
  • Exposure to policy documentation, broking or client-facing risk systems.
  • Experience producing reports or dashboards (Power BI experience desirable)
