Lead Associate - Claim Management

We are seeking a Lead Associate – Claim Management to join our Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team at WTW Indonesia. This role is responsible for leading and managing the end‑to‑end claims process for our corporate clients across diverse industry sectors. You will work closely with insurers, clients, and internal teams to drive efficient claims resolution while delivering exceptional service and strategic guidance.

The Role

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of corporate insurance claims, from initial notification through final settlement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, clear updates, and expert advisory support.
• Coordinate and negotiate with insurers, loss adjusters, and legal representatives to advocate effectively on clients’ behalf.
• Conduct claims analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improving risk management.
• Ensure all claims activities comply with regulatory standards and internal governance requirements.
• Partner with brokers and risk consultants to enhance client insurance programs and coverage strategies.
• Contribute to business development efforts by providing insights on claims patterns and supporting renewal discussions.

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims management, ideally within an insurance brokerage, insurer, or corporate risk setting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate insurance lines, including property, liability, marine, and financial lines.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proven ability to handle multiple claims simultaneously and collaborate effectively across teams.
