Summary:

The role will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and support of various Reports to meet
the organization's needs. Additionally, the role will involve building and enhancing existing physical, logical, and
presentation models using BI (Business Intelligence)tools to fulfill reporting requirements. Furthermore, the role will encompass designing
and building reports and dashboards, as well as assisting in the development of complex ad hoc queries and analyses.

Work location - Thane
Shift Timing - Day Rotational (6.30 am – 2.30 pm & 2.30 pm – 10.30 pm)

The Role:

Key accountabilities include. • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of MIS (Management Information System) projects and initiatives. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for MIS (Management Information System) reports & Tools. • Extract actionable insights from data through advanced analytics, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. • Create compelling presentations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders, enhancing decision-making and fostering knowledge sharing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Perform data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making processes. • Develop and maintain documentation related to MIS (Management Information System) processes, procedures, and systems. • Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for report enhancements. • Builds a comprehensive understanding of the applications, systems and infrastructure across the Outsourcing GB line of business. • Work with the support teams to ensure reliability and automation of production activities related to BI (Business Intelligence) environment. Provide technical support as needed. • Maintain security model in relation with the BI (Business Intelligence) tool • Works closely with team members to ensure that the correct data is always displayed in reporting. • Initiate practices that will increase code quality, performance, and security. • Develops recommendations for continuous improvements initiatives, applying deep subject matter knowledge to provide guidance at all levels on the potential implications of changes. • High learning adaptability, demonstrating understanding of the implications of technical issues on business requirements and / or operations.

Required skill/Knowledge & Experience.

▪ Knowledge on BI (Business Intelligence)tools including installation, administration, management and Business Intelligence Reporting experience, including design and development. ▪ Expert in Advanced Excel formulas ▪ Expert in ppt tools ▪ Experience on creating reports using a BI (Business Intelligence) tool (e.g. Power BI) ▪ Experience on data modelling for BI (Business Intelligence) ▪ Experience developing reports and dashboards ▪ Proficiency in database MS (Microsoft )application & management systems (e.g., MS (Microsoft )Office, Access, SQL Server, Oracle). ▪ Experience migrating legacy and/or other BI (Business Intelligence)tool reports. ▪ Strong knowledge on code quality with emphasis on continuous improvement, performance, and security ▪ Knowledge on continuous delivery and continuous integration practices ▪ Willingness to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment that has tight deadlines. ▪ Ability to learn and evaluate new tools, concepts, and challenges quickly. ▪ Client service focus and flexibility in supporting client requests. ▪ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
