Senior Analyst - Mid-Market

The Role： 

• Provide daily insurance broker service to various global and local clients, ensuring that client engagement, contract formation and service delivery processes are fully compliant with Group policies across all territorials, legal and regulatory domains.

• Conceptualize the insurance offers and draft technical studies based on the client’s needs, develop account strategies, presentations and other forms of communication with client. 

• Maintain existing client’s relationship and develop accounts via penetration and cross selling opportunities.

• Assist the team to develop new clients to achieve team budget. 

• Manage and negotiate insurance placements and renewals with carriers and maintain good relationships with carriers.

• Proactively monitor and chase up age of account receivables in a timely and traceable manner to minimize bad debit risks.

• Ensure the accuracy of business forecasts with monthly actual revenue being consistent with data from internal systems. 

• Follow the end-to-end insurance broker process to adequately meet internal policies and procedures. 

• Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.

岗位职责： 

  为全球及本地各类客户提供日常保险经纪服务，确保客户沟通、合同签订及服务交付全过程符合集团政策以及各区域的法律与监管要求。 

  根据客户需求设计保险解决方案并开展技术分析，制定策略，准备演示材料及各类沟通文件。 

  维护现有客户关系，通过深度开发及交叉销售实现业务增长。 

  协助团队拓展新客户，以达成团队业务目标。 

  负责与保险公司进行投保及续保谈判，并建立良好的保险公司合作关系。 

  主动跟进及管理应收账款账龄，确保及时、可追溯的催收流程，降低坏账风险。 

  确保业务预测数据的准确性，使月度实际收入与内部系统数据保持一致。 

  严格遵循端到端保险经纪业务流程，确保符合内部政策及操作规范。 

  完成直属经理交办的其他工作任务。

The Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
2. Proven ability to serve various global and local clients with multiple priorities and tight deadlines, including collaboration across virtual and cross-regional teams.
3. Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products and market trends, familiarity with industry regulations and best practices. 
4. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth or business development is a strong plus.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Proficient in English for effective communication. 
7. Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.

  具备良好的客户关系管理能力，在提升客户满意度、推动业务增长或业务拓展方面有成功经验者优先。 

  具备优秀的人际沟通及表达能力。 

  具备良好的英语沟通能力（书面及口头）。 

  熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，尤其擅长PowerPoint和Excel。
