    Description

    We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Credit Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Trade Credit team in providing high-quality services to our clients, including managing administrative tasks, liaising with credit insurers, and supporting the overall execution of trade credit policies. You will be a key part of the team, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the success of our Trade Credit services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Support: Assist in responding to client inquiries related to trade credit policies, credit limits, claims processes, and general administrative requests;
    • Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, policy documents, and correspondence with credit insurers and brokers;
    • Credit Limit Monitoring: Assist in tracking and monitoring credit limits for clients, ensuring timely renewals, adjustments, and renegotiations where necessary;
    • Liaison with Insurers: Communicate regularly with credit insurers to support the management of claims, credit limits, and policy adjustments;
    • Report Generation: Prepare regular reports on credit risk exposure, claim statuses, and policy performance for internal review and client meetings;
    • Support for Trade Credit Analysts: Provide administrative and operational support to Trade Credit Analysts, helping with financial data collection, documentation, and coordination with global teams;
    • Claims Management Assistance: Support the claims submission process by gathering required documentation from clients and assisting with follow-ups to ensure timely claim resolution;
    • Client Relationship Maintenance: Help maintain strong relationships with existing clients by addressing administrative concerns, ensuring compliance with credit insurance agreements, and providing general support.

    Qualifications

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, support, or customer service role, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector;
    • Knowledge: Basic understanding of credit insurance, trade credit, or finance-related services is an advantage;
    • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Dutch and English is required. Additional language skills, especially in French is a plus;
    • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems or other client management software;
    • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the smooth operation of the Trade Credit department.
