Our award-winning apprenticeships are the perfect way to start building a successful career. You’ll have immediate opportunities to work alongside supportive colleagues and tackle the same projects they do.

We offer students real-world business experience that is hard to find anywhere else. With, a huge range of business areas and supportive experts at every turn, there’s so much to discover about us and yourself.

Join our graduate programme and you’ll contribute to client assignments, network with senior leaders and develop the skills and experience to build a successful career.

Our apprenticeships last from 18 months to five years, and they start in September.

Whilst it changes from year to year, we tend to run apprenticeships across areas including insurance, actuarial, technology, project management and pensions.
You’ll get a permanent real job from day one (subject to probation).
You’ll spend six hours a week studying and the rest of your time delivering meaningful work as part of a team.
You’ll study for fully funded, industry-recognised professional qualifications.

You’re either leaving school or college, or taking your career in a new direction.
You’re eager to learn and you enjoy working in a team.
For actuarial apprenticeships, you’ll need three A-levels including an A/B in Maths.

It lasts for eight weeks, starting in late June/early July.

Immediate exposure to client assignments.

Our internships are open to penultimate-year students who are on track to achieve a 2:1 in their studies.
For actuarial roles, we look for students with a grade A or B at A-level Maths or who are studying a numerate degree.

They are all two-year programmes.

Take on a real role with real responsibilities.
Tackle a variety of assignments, to help you build valuable experience and skills.
Gain exposure to different parts of our business and develop a good understanding of what we do and how we do it.
Receive plenty of technical training and the support of senior leaders.
Gain a professional qualification / follow a structured learning path (dependent on business area)

We’re open to graduates from any degree discipline, who are on track to achieve at least a 2:1.

If you’re a good communicator who enjoys building relationships and working effectively in teams, you’ll fit right in.
