Take a closer look at our apprenticeship programs and find the right pathway for you.
Our apprenticeships offer the opportunity to earn, learn and build your career on a permanent contract from day one.
You'll work in a real role with real responsibilities while taking part in structured learning and development that builds your knowledge, skills and experience. Whether you're joining insurance, pensions, technology, consulting or another part of the business, you'll gain practical experience while contributing to meaningful work as part of a team.
Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll work towards an industry-recognised qualification. You'll have dedicated development time each week, which may include training sessions, coaching, networking, research, project work and professional study, all designed to support your learning and development.
Supported by experienced colleagues, you'll build the skills and confidence to grow in your role. From day one, you'll make a real contribution while developing skills that will help shape your future career.
Our apprenticeships last from 18 months to five years, and they start in September.
- While it changes from year to year, we tend to run apprenticeships across areas including insurance, actuarial, technology, project management and pensions.
- You’ll get a permanent real job from day one (subject to probation).
- You’ll spend 80% of your time delivering meaningful work as part of a team.
- An average of six hours a week across the duration of your apprenticeship will be spent studying and gaining the technical skills to do your job well.
- You’ll typically study for fully funded, industry-recognized professional qualifications.
- You're either leaving school, college or taking your career in a new direction.
- You’re eager to learn and you enjoy working in a team.
- For actuarial apprenticeships, you’ll need three A-levels including an A or B in Maths.
