Join one of the world's leading insurance broking and risk advisory businesses and see how we help organisations understand, assess and manage risk. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll gain insight into how we support clients ranging from small businesses to global organisations.
As a graduate, you'll contribute to real client projects, develop your commercial awareness and build practical skills while exploring the many career paths available across the insurance industry.
Corporate Risk & Broking - Graduate Development Program
Join our Corporate Risk & Broking team and help organisations understand, manage and transfer risk. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues on client projects across a range of industries, gaining exposure to different areas of the insurance market and helping deliver solutions for clients.
You'll build your commercial awareness, communication and problem-solving skills while developing expertise in insurance and risk management.
You’ll study for your Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Qualification, whilst gaining the highly valued Chartered Insurance Institute Advanced Diploma in Insurance.
You’ll need:
- 2:1 any degree discipline
Actuarial Graduate Analyst
Join our Corporate Risk & Broking team and help solve real-world actuarial challenges for clients. You'll analyse data, develop technical knowledge and work with colleagues and clients across a range of insurance sectors.
You'll strengthen your actuarial, analytical and communication skills while gaining experience applying actuarial thinking to insurance and risk management challenges.
You’ll need:
- At least a 2:1 degree in a numerate discipline
OR
- 2:1 degree in a non-numerate discipline plus an A or B in A-Level Maths.
Graduate Data Analyst
Join our Corporate Risk & Broking team and help shape how data is used across the business. You'll collect, cleanse and analyse data, generate insights and support the development of data and analytics capabilities across different areas of the insurance market.
You'll develop expertise in data, analytics and the insurance industry while learning how insight supports business decisions.
You’ll study for the Level 6 Data Science Qualification.
You’ll need:
- At least a 2:1 degree in any discipline.
Graduate Actuarial Consultant - Insurance
Join our Insurance Consulting and Technology team and use data, modelling and technology to help insurance companies solve complex business challenges. You'll work on client projects from day one, analysing data, solving actuarial problems and collaborating with colleagues across the UK and globally.
You'll develop your analytical, technical and consulting skills through hands-on project work, structured training and support from industry experts.
You'll study towards becoming a qualified actuary through the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA).
You’ll need:
- Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline with an A or above in A-Level Maths (or equivalent) and A/B minimum from two further A Levels.
Graduate Data Scientist
Join our Insurance Consulting and Technology team and use data science techniques to help solve complex challenges for insurance companies. You'll work on projects involving pricing, claims and operational processes, applying analytical techniques to generate insights and support business decisions.
You'll build your analytical, technical and coding skills while gaining experience developing machine learning models and working with technologies used across the insurance industry.
You’ll need:
- Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline with an A or above in A-Level Maths (or equivalent) and A/B minimum from two further A Levels.
Software Engineering Graduate
Join our Insurance Technology team and help develop software solutions used by insurance companies around the world. You'll contribute to projects across the full development lifecycle, from solution design and coding through to testing, automation and deployment.
You'll enhance your programming, analytical and problem-solving skills while gaining experience developing scalable software solutions and working with a range of technologies.
You’ll need:
- 2:1 degree in a numerate, technical or analytical discipline plus an A* in A Level Maths and two further A grades at A Level
