Risk & Broking
This is where you can help organizations around the world make forward-thinking decisions about their people, their money and the risks they face. And you’ll be part of this impact, right from the start.
Corporate Risk & Broking, Graduate Development Program
This program is designed to give you a holistic view of Corporate Risk & Broking, providing the opportunity to work alongside senior leaders on a range of accounts, including Fortune 500 companies. You’ll work with clients across diverse sectors such as Cyber, Finance, Marine and Construction to gain hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge, all while receiving ongoing coaching and a structured learning curriculum.
You’ll study for your Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification (this may be supported by the Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional – subject to eligibility)
You’ll need:
· 2:1 any degree discipline
Insurance Consulting Actuarial Program
Our Insurance Consulting and Technology business helps leading insurance clients improve their business performance by providing cutting-edge software, solutions and advice. Here, you could get involved in business management, financial and regulatory reporting, enterprise risk and capital management, as well as mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
You’ll study for professional qualifications with either the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or the CFA Institute.
You’ll need:
- Minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM discipline
OR
- 2:1 degree including A-Level Maths grade A or B or equivalent qualifications
Insurance Consulting – Data Scientist Program
Our Insurance Consulting and Technology business helps leading insurance clients improve their business performance by providing cutting-edge software, solutions and advice. On our Data Scientist program, you’ll learn to provide the insight behind these answers. Alongside an experienced consultant, you’ll develop the skills needed to unpick complex commercial problems and communicate your findings clearly to all kinds of audiences.
You’ll need:
- Minimum 2:1 degree in a numerate discipline
OR
- 2:1 degree including A-Level Maths grade A or B or equivalent qualifications
Software Development Program
Technology is integral to the insurance industry, and we’re proud to say that over 1,000 companies globally use our insurance software solutions. In fact, we’re the world’s largest provider of actuarial software. As a graduate, you’ll work on real projects from day one, gain exposure to all aspects of professional software development and learn how to use the latest tools and techniques.
You’ll need:
- A minimum 2:1 degree, ideally demonstrating a technical or analytical discipline
- A basic understanding of software development principles
- Knowledge of a software development language, such as C#, C++, Java or Python and/or web technologies, such as HTML/CSS or JavaScript
- Ideally, a reasonable and demonstrable understanding of Maths

Retirement Actuarial Program
Retirement is our largest business, which goes to show just how important it is. As a graduate on this program, you can expect to offer consulting services to clients on assets and liabilities worth many hundreds of millions of pounds. You’ll also get the opportunity to become an expert in a demanding but highly rewarding environment.

Integrated And Global Solutions Program
Our Integrated and Global Solutions team manages global, local and cross-border benefits and compensation issues for our multinational clients. As part of our London team, you’ll learn to deliver and coordinate a broad range of consulting services by drafting reports and emails and preparing documents for meetings. You may also get involved in areas such as global health and wellbeing, global benefits management and defined contribution oversight.

Employee Experience Consulting Program
The greatest asset for most organizations is their people. That’s why having a cohesive talent strategy is crucial for the success of any business. Our talent consultants use a combination of consulting approaches and technology solutions to help clients with the design, implementation and communication of effective talent strategies. You’ll join either the Communication & Engagement Solutions or Organization Insights & Change communities. Whichever you join, you’ll have the opportunity to become an expert in areas like business transformation, leadership and manager effectiveness, listening strategies, performance management, and workforce analytics and planning.

Work, Reward & Career Consulting Program
This is a diverse team with three core pathways to pursue. In Work, Reward & Career, you’ll help clients improve their business performance through their people. In Executive Compensation, you’ll work with boards of directors to get all elements of executive pay right. And in Rewards Data & Intelligence, you’ll provide market-leading data, insight and software to organizations across a range of industries. Whichever route you choose, you’ll work with experienced consultants on a broad project portfolio.

Investment Consulting Program
Working with industry-leading experts, you’ll learn how to construct and implement investment portfolios – creating financial value for household name clients worldwide. The projects you contribute to could range from research asset classes and modelling risk management to providing investment advice and implementing new solutions. This is a diverse part of our business and you’ll be encouraged to follow the path that interests you the most.
