    Description

    We are looking for fresh graduates to join us as Cloud Operations Junior Associates, beginning with an immersive 3-month training program covering key topics in IT and Azure Cloud infrastructure. After completing the program, successful candidates will join the wider Cloud Operations team, which provides 24x7 support to WTW ICT’s internal stakeholders and external clients.

    The Role

    • Join a team of skilled and experienced professionals providing 24x7 support and operations for WTW ICT’s cloud infrastructure and SaaS services.
    • Work hands-on with Microsoft Azure, one of the industry’s leading cloud platforms, as part of your core responsibilities in managing cloud infrastructure and services.
    • Provide support by monitoring systems, responding to alerts, and handling cloud- related service requests, along with other day-to-day operational responsibilities.
    • Learn how to utilize other advanced tools and technologies such as Datadog, BMC Helix, Docusaurus and Azure DevOps to perform day to day BAU tasks.
    • Continuously build product and process knowledge to meet competency standards, support business expectations, and drive personal growth.
    • Opportunities to collaborate with DevOps engineers, solution architects, and other support teams to expand technical knowledge and build cross-functional understanding.
    • Engage in continuous learning through training, real-world exposure, and knowledge sharing across teams.
    • Meet performance goals while adhering to SLAs, processes, and quality standards that reflect a strong customer service mindset.
    • Follow assigned shift schedules and provide backup support across teams as needed to meet operational demands.
    • Successfully complete the graduate training program designed to build foundational Cloud operations and support capabilities.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    The following are the key responsibilities for the role; however, we are equally keen to recruit talented individuals who demonstrate strong learning agility and are motivated to grow and develop their careers further.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with relevant academic or internship experience.
    • Solid understanding of fundamental IT concepts and infrastructure, with familiarity in areas such as networking and server management; exposure through coursework or certifications is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and respond effectively to unexpected or complex issues.
    • Demonstrated ability to learn and develop technical skills relevant to cloud support, with a commitment to continuous improvement and mastering the required technology stack.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
    • Able to work both independently and as part of a virtual, geographically distributed team.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
    • Committed to quality, attention to detail, and delivering high standards of work.
