    The Opportunity

    Join our dynamic and forward-thinking Sales Operations team! As part of this innovative group, you’ll help streamline and enhance our sales processes, making a significant impact on our growth and client experience.     What You’ll Do

    As a key partner to the Sales teams, Sales Operations plays a vital role in enhancing efficiency and driving success. Your main responsibilities will include:

    Data Governance:

    • Develop and monitor governance KPIs to ensure CRM data is up-to-date
    • Oversee the annual client survey, ensuring accurate contact details for each client

    Data Analytics:

    • Create and maintain sales reports using Excel, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and Power BI
    • Conduct sales and pipeline analysis, market analysis, and sales targeting

    CRM Support:

    • Act as a CRM expert, answering user queries and supporting data importation
    • Build and maintain CRM reporting tools to assist the sales teams

    Sales Support:

    • Serve as a key point of contact for the Sales teams, providing valuable insights and support
    • Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive sales success
    • Support sales meeting organization and assist with sales data requests

    You will start by addressing data quality and governance issues, gradually advancing to more analytical responsibilities as you become familiar with our tools, processes, and business model.

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring

    We’re looking for a motivated and curious individual with:

    • A degree in Business, Sales Operations, or a related field (preferred)
    • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English
    • Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, Lookup formulas) and analytical rigor
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across all levels
    • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on customer service
    • Knowledge of sales strategies and account management practices
    • Experience with CRM, databases, and Power BI (a plus)
