We’re seeking professionals at all levels, from Analyst to Senior Consultant, to join our Kuala Lumpur Work & Rewards Talent Pool.

What You’ll Do in These Future Roles:
Based on your expertise and future opportunities, you could:
Develop and implement rewards strategies, salary structures, and variable pay programs.

Conduct benchmarking and job evaluations, providing actionable insights to clients.
Support clients in workforce planning, career development, and people analytics.
Serve as a trusted consultant, delivering data-driven recommendations for organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience Levels: From Analyst to Senior Consultant in Work & Rewards, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), or HR consulting.
Rewards Expertise: Hands-on experience with job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and rewards program design.
Broader HR Exposure: Familiarity with Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or Talent Management is a plus.
Consultative Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
