    We’re seeking professionals at all levels, from Analyst to Senior Consultant, to join our Kuala Lumpur Work & Rewards Talent Pool.

    What You’ll Do in These Future Roles:
    Based on your expertise and future opportunities, you could:
    Develop and implement rewards strategies, salary structures, and variable pay programs.

    • Conduct benchmarking and job evaluations, providing actionable insights to clients.
    • Support clients in workforce planning, career development, and people analytics.
    • Serve as a trusted consultant, delivering data-driven recommendations for organizational effectiveness.


     

    Qualifications

    Who We’re Looking For:

    • Experience Levels: From Analyst to Senior Consultant in Work & Rewards, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), or HR consulting.
    • Rewards Expertise: Hands-on experience with job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and rewards program design.
    • Broader HR Exposure: Familiarity with Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or Talent Management is a plus.
    • Consultative Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
