We look for candidates with a minimum of 3 A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications) for our insurance apprenticeship and at least a B grade in Maths (or equivalent qualifications) for our actuarial apprenticeship. There may be other required criteria, so read the job description carefully before you apply.

Our apprenticeship programs are 12 – 36 months long, depending on the pace you’d like to progress at.
All our apprentices start at the beginning of September each year.
We’ll share details about the salary at the offer stage of the selection process. Our salaries are highly competitive, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package and study program (where relevant to your role).
