From day one, you’ll go into a real role with real responsibilities. You’ll work on a variety of assignments as you build valuable experience and skills. Over the course of the program, you’ll get exposure to different parts of our business and develop a good understanding of what we do and how we do it. You’ll also get plenty of technical training, be supported by senior leaders and gain a professional qualification.

No matter which area you join or where you’re based in the world, the work you do will constantly stretch your ability to analyze data, think creatively and find innovative solutions. You’ll also get opportunities to network with senior leaders and take part in group exercises with your graduate colleagues.

Graduates from all backgrounds flourish at WTW, so we don’t mind what degree you’ve specialized in as long as you have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (U.S.) or 2:1 or higher (U.K.).
