Do you like providing clients with the most professional and knowledgeable service you can? Then Willis Towers Watson is the place to be. Of all employees and retirees that have ever used our benefits administration service center, 96% have been satisfied with the service they received and in a 2017 assessment of our benefits administration service center’s handing of participants’ calls, the average grade of response quality for calls to the center was 94 on a scale of 0 to 100. You could join us as a Call Center Operative, Customer Service Representative or Supervisor, Service Center Manager, Benefits Advisor, Claims or Application Data Processor, or Accounting or Licensing Specialist – the list goes on.
How are we able to provide such outstanding service? One reason is because we make sure everyone in our team has the right knowledge, skills and information at their fingertips. So when you join us, you’ll have everything you need to educate customers, explain benefits processes to them, and resolve any issues they may have.
99% of callers to our benefits administration service center have their questions answered or issues resolved during their first call. And we want to keep it that way. That’s why, when you join us as one of our Customer Service Representatives, we’ll make sure you have access to web-based desktop technology and real-time information about your area of expertise. We also offer a range of training, tailored to each client’s specific products.
We have ramped up our cleaning regime to ensure our offices are a safe place to work for our colleagues. This includes providing hand sanitizers at entrances and exits, thorough and frequent cleaning of our offices and reorganizing desks to ensure social distancing is maintained. More information on this will be provided at the application stage.
We are proud of all our achievements, at WTW, many of which have been recognized by organizations and institutions around the world.
