The Role

Clients

  • Builds and maintains responsive, positive relationships with clients
  • Participation in industry forums
  • Supports delivery of webinars, forums, and marketing activities by preparing content
  • Escalates complex or sensitive issues in a timely manner including scope creep

People

  • Undertakes professional development, recording Continuing Professional Development points
  • Contributes to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues in project delivery

Financials

  • Supports new business growth through lead generation
  • Manages expenses and records to ensure financial integrity
  • Accurately record leads in D365 to track new business opportunities
  • Follows up on outstanding payments and manages bad debts where necessary

Excellence

  • Participates in team meetings and contributes to discussions on operational improvements.
  • Contributes to the development of the strategy for Health Safety and Wellbeing
  • Supports the implementation of the Health Safety and Wellbeing strategic plan
  • Develops monthly reports and participates in meetings to track individual performance
  • Ensures adherence to company policies and internal processes
  • Supports product development
  • Ensures zero errors and omissions
  • Completes timesheets
  • Ensures compliance with the second-pair-of-eyes review process for all client work

Project Responsibilities

The Health Safety and Wellbeing Client Executive workers with the Project lead on low to medium complexity projects:

  • Assists in breaking down the project vision into tangible tasks and milestones.
  • Identifies dependencies between project tasks and communicate them to the team
  • Undertakes project work within scope and proactively flagging scope creep to the project lead.
  • Participates in project planning sessions
  • Tracks daily progress of tasks, ensuring work aligns with project objectives
  • Provides regular updates on task completion and flag any delays or issues
  • Contributes to the development of risk mitigation strategies
  • Assists in gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into actionable tasks
  • Ensures all project tasks meet the defined quality standards
  • Participates in task reviews to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Maintains accurate records of project progress, changes, and key decisions
  • Tracks actual project costs versus budget and report any discrepancies
  • Participates in project reviews to identify improvement opportunities
  • Implements feedback to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project execution

Outsourced Health Safety and Wellbeing

To be conducted in line with endorsed scope, may include:

  • Responding to hazards, incidents and completing incident investigations
  • Worksite inspections
  • Internal coaching, toolbox talks, training
  • Performance reporting
  • Developing procedures
  • Facilitating Health and Safety Committees

Qualifications

The Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in Health Safety and Wellbeing, preferably with 3–5 years of relevant experience 
  • Ability to provide responsive and accurate support to clients in line with service expectations, escalating service concerns
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Preferably with degree qualified in relevant field

  • Full Australian Drivers License
