The Role

We are looking for actuarial talent at all levels to join our growing Insurance Consulting and Technology team in Istanbul, with a dedicated focus on the non-life (P&C) insurance sector. Whether you're just starting your career or bring years of experience, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-impact projects across the non-life insurance market, both locally and internationally.

Our team supports complex assignments including pricing, reserving, product development, financial and regulatory reporting, M&A, and risk modeling. You’ll collaborate with professionals from across WTW, gaining exposure to regional and global engagements within the P&C insurance industry.

Depending on your experience level, you will:

  • Work with a variety of local and international non-life insurance clients
  • Contribute to or lead non-life actuarial projects in pricing, reserving, risk and capital modeling, M&A, and regulatory topics
  • Analyze and prepare non-life data, build models, and interpret results
  • Develop technical skills in non-life actuarial tools and methodologies
  • Deliver clear, well-structured outputs that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team across geographies
  • Build relationships with non-life clients and support business development activities
  • Guide and mentor junior colleagues (for mid/senior profiles)
  • Manage project components with responsibility for timelines and deliverables (for experienced profiles)

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • A degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
  • Progress in actuarial exams or full qualification (for senior roles)
  • For experienced candidates: 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, insurance, or financial services
  • Familiarity with WTW & Open-source software and strong MS Office skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
