The Opportunity
From day one, you will be assigned your own responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.
What will you do?
As Administrative Assistant your key responsibility will be to carry out claims management operations, within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.
You’ll be working on real client projects performing the following tasks:
- Prepare and deliver statements of situation for motor insurance clients
- Maintain and regularly update the company’s third-party database (workshop, loss adjuster, insurer)
- Ensure the day-to-day relationship with internal clients through telephone and written communication, in relation to the contracts under their responsibility
- Produce and update statistical and operational reports
- Carry out follow-ups with third parties (workshops, loss adjusters, insurers) to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Ensure the proper administrative completion
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a highly driven individual with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join a large and dynamic organization.
- Basic knowledge of insurance contracts is an advantage
- French proficiency at a minimum B2 level; C1 level preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy, with a strong respect for rules, procedures, and deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
