The Role

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the admin team, ensuring smooth business operations 

  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with internal and external communications 

  • Prepare, review, and organize business documents, reports, and presentations 

  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality 

  • Support financial and operational processes, including invoicing and tracking key activities 

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups

  • Assist in process improvements and contribute to enhancing team efficiency

Qualifications

 

The Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal ( English and Arabic )

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment 

  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced setting 

  • Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus, but not required
