Qualifications

Forte capacidade analítica e pensamento crítico (não apenas geração de relatórios);
Experiência prévia em Sales Operations, Revenue Operations ou áreas correlatas;
Domínio de indicadores comerciais e gestão de pipeline;
Experiência com CRM (ex: Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot ou similares);
Excel/Google Sheets avançado e familiaridade com BI (Power BI, Tableau ou similares);
Capacidade de influenciar líderes e navegar em ambiente matricial (Brasil x LatAm);
Perfil estruturado, organizado e orientado a resultado;
Comunicação clara e objetiva;
Postura Analítica e Influência Estratégica;
Desejável Inglês e Espanhol (por ser uma posição com interação ao time Latam).
