About the team

Our Health & Benefits New Business Acquisition/ Sales team specializes in partnering with corporate clients to design, place, and implement comprehensive employee benefit solutions that support workforce wellbeing and business resilience.

We focus on acquiring and advising mid to large corporate clients across a broad spectrum of Health & Benefits products, including Medical, Accident & Disability, Term Life, Business Travel, and other employee wellbeing solutions. Our approach combines deep market knowledge, consultative selling, and strong insurer partnerships to deliver tailored, cost‑effective, and compliant benefit programs.

The team works closely with clients to understand their workforce demographics, risk profile, and organizational goals, enabling us to recommend solutions that enhance employee value propositions while supporting long‑term business sustainability. From initial prospecting and solution design to negotiations, placement, and onboarding, we provide end‑to‑end support throughout the client acquisition journey.

With a strong emphasis on collaboration, data‑driven insights, and client experience, our team plays a critical role in driving growth within the Health & Benefits portfolio while helping organizations build healthier, more engaged, and future‑ready workforces.

Qualifications

  • MBA/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field

  • 4-15 years’ experience in health and benefits sales.

  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software.

  • Basic understanding of the insurance industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.

  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients.
