The Business

Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, compliance and governance strategies.

The Role
We are looking for an Associate to join our Health & Benefits team, with a primary focus on internal audits, wellbeing solutions development, and survey management. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring operational quality, driving innovation in our wellbeing offering, and generating insights through research and surveys.

This position does not involve managing a portfolio of clients. Instead, it supports core internal processes and product initiatives that contribute directly to the excellence and growth of our business.

Responsibilities

  1. Internal Audits & Compliance

  • Conduct regular internal audits to verify adherence to defined processes, policies, and client management standards.

  • Review documentation, workflows and operational metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure alignment between internal processes and best‑practice guidelines.

  1. Wellbeing Solutions Development & Management

  • Support the creation, enhancement and management of wellbeing solutions that complement core benefits (health insurance, life insurance and flexible benefits).

  • Assist in the development of commercial materials, value propositions, and product documentation.

  • Contribute to market research and analysis of trends in corporate wellbeing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in rolling out new wellbeing offerings.

  1. Surveys & Research

  • Assist in designing surveys, including defining objectives, structuring questionnaires and preparing survey platforms.

  • Manage the dissemination of surveys to participating entities.

  • Process, analyse and prepare results in professional formats (reports, charts, dashboards).

  • Support the communication and presentation of insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • University degree.

  • Interest or experience in health and life insurance, employee benefits, wellbeing or related fields. 

  • Experience in consulting, insurance, broking or analytical roles is an advantage. 

  • Strong analytical mindset, accuracy and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. 

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). 

  • Solid command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
