Qualifications

The Requirements

①本科及以上学历，专业为人力资源，金融保险或英文者优先。
②2年以上保险公司团险或员工福利方案相关工作经验。
③精通 Microsoft Office，尤其是 Excel 和 PowerPoint

④能够及时、有效地回应所有沟通

⑤了解保险业务知识，有较强的学习能力与解决问题能力

⑥既能独立工作，也能融入客户团队，适应快节奏的工作环境
